For custom-built platforms, clients can receive ownership of the delivered platform and its intellectual property according to the project agreement. Tex Labs retains reusable internal engines and core technologies such as Tex7 unless otherwise agreed — so the system built for you is yours, while the foundation that made it possible remains ours to keep refining.
